What we do - An Overview

Handling a construction project can be daunting, so we tailor our services to guide, assist or totally take the burden off you through the life of your project.

The reality of your vision begins to materialize with your initial dialogue with us.  We will support and guide you through the different stages of design and build and everything in between.

• Site and building survey – This is when we evaluate the site, take dimensions etc and evaluate your proposals and look various possibilities.

• Preliminary sketches and final design -  We come up with a few proposals by juxtaposing ideas.  Your input is important at this stage to achieve a functional design

• 3D models - Internal and external 3D models will help you understand the spaces,  scheme or proposal a lot better

• Planning applications - We understand planning policies and requirements so we are able to liaise with local authorities on your behalf as required. 

• A structural engineers input will be needed for the building control or building regulation application. The role of the structural engineer is a key component in the construction process resolve technical issues. 

• A Building Contractor – At this stage we may have to do a series of drawings to help facilitate costing of the build depending on the size of build. This drawings are known as the building drawings. We can also assist you this and selection of the building contractor and offer site support.

• The need for a separate Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing contractors will depend on the size of the work that is to be done.

• The role of a construction planner or project manager is to develop a plan to complete a construction project based on budget, work schedule, and available resources. We help to plan the project, to give you an idea of cost, time scale and duration of work. This generally involves making careful choices on ways to complete tasks so that projects can be finished on time and within budget. Project manager or planners are responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. They assist with various aspect of a project such as scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, resources and most especially help to stay within a budget.
